Hi Ian,

There is a suggestion logged in our database to possibly include this
functionality in a future release of KeySoft.  Due to time restrictions,
this functionality wasn't included in KeySoft 5.1.

Currently, it is only possible to make notes for a single instance of an
appointment.  However, this is possible if the notes are made on the Outlook
side.
