Actually, we disconnected the PC from the network and plugged the BrailleNote into the network, as there is only one socket. I am going there again in just a bit to try it one more time; I was able to talk to a network administrator yesterday, and he will be arounde until 12:00 Noon our time today to assist. hopefully we can make it work.
