Well Terry, the thing about flash cards is mostly right. If you get a "Simpletech" card, you will find that it is a little thicker or something. It doesn't look that much thicker when you put them side by side with another card, but they won't fit in the back slot. However, if you buy an adapter, which is really not that expensive and can be bought at Radioshack and probably elsewhere, you can put it in where you plug in the disk drive. I bought that adapter before I had a Simpletech, and it works with all my other cards as well, I mean, it works with the ones that do fit in back as well as with the Simpletech. The Simpletech (I'm not sure of the correct spelling) seems to be a little faster than the Samdisk card, which is the kind that I have besides the Simpletech and which is one of the cards that fits in the back slot of the Bn. As for a network card, if I understand it right, it's for networking with a router, (whatever that is) and I guess, going online or networking with another computer. I don't really know exactly what their capabilities are, or how they work, because I don't use them and have only heard references to them on the list. As far as I know, the only one of those that work with the bn is one from "Socket Communications." Hth a little bit. By the way, I like the Samdisk cards as well, and I have never had any trouble with the cards I used. The only thing is, just remember that if you get a Simpletech, you might want to have that adapter ready.
