Paul,

        check this out:

1. Select Utilities, Backup.

2. When prompted Backup or Restore, select B for backup.

3. When asked what drive you want to backup, select the drive on wich
the folder currently resides.

4. The next prompt asks what folder you want to back up and defaults to
ALL.  You can change this in the ordinary way.  You can even press a
T-chord if you want to navigate down into the tree structure a few
levels.

5. Continue the procedure as usual.  You'll wind up getting a copy of
your directory.

Hi, John. Does the backup command allow you to just back up one folder?
so 
far I have only used it to back up the entire flash disk or to do an 
incremental backup.
