I wrote my suggestion before I saw this, please, if at all possible find
a work-around for this, it has been rather annoying since my employer
switched to XP to have to change any documents I want on the Braille
Note.

Hi Josh,

We are aware of the issues surrounding the current word converters and
do have them logged in our database.

Pulse Data is looking to upgrade the support we currently offer for
Microsoft word files and indeed, it is upgradeable. However, more of
the advanced aspects of doing this would only be able to be implemented
given an operating system upgrade.
