Go to the socket communications web site and you can order one for $100 for the non rugged version or $120 for the rugged one. If you are in the U.S. the partnumber is 2901 or 2902 the 2907 is the part number for asia and surrounding areas.
I have the non rugged one and it has worked fine. ______________________________ J. R. Unfortunately, you can't find those cards anywhere. I think this was my first frustrating day with the braille note. If we had wireless like the packmate, I could have chosen from a number of cards and they were not very expensive. I don't want to pay 150 dollars from pulse data just so I can see how browsing on the web and receiving and sending e-mail works on the bn. I have a computer for that, but just wanted to familiarize myself with it in case I travel. There are other PC/MCIA network cards that are not wireless that are only around 45 dollars, but, evidently, they don't work with the bn. And you can't find any USB to infrared converters at any local computer store either. They all have gone to wireless or blue tooth. Very frustrating to be stuck with technology that is a couple years out of date. I am assuming that pulse data will do something pretty soon since the new packmate has wireless and can use many more regular network cards. but it is frustrating nonetheless.
