Thanks, Londa, for that tip.

The lines have started to read better, but to me there doesn't seem to be a
pattern.  Just when I think I've got it figured out, the display won't move
when I push on what I think is the appropriate thumb key.  For example, I
can be reading along, and I come to a couple of characters that look like a
star.  Does this indicate the end of a line or what?  I thought that for a
while it did and that I could use the "down" key to move the display down a
line, but it didn't seem to work like I thought it would.  I haven't tried
reading anything except email messages and maybe they are a bit tricky, I
don't know.

I hope this makes sense.
