I agree that the bn is more than a note taker.
It approaches, but can't yet do all that my wife's pda, which is called by the
manufacturer a "pocket pc" can do, and I love it!
When I do complain, it's not because I don't like the bn, it's because I know
technology is changing and I want to see this product keep up and keep getting
better and better!
As a matter of fact, I think the bn is in some ways better than a laptop.
1 it's smaller and lighter, yet still has a big enough keyboard that it's not
difficult to use. (I have a bt).
2 it has it's own carrying case and strap which means in good weather, I can
just sling it over my shoulder and go awalkin to where I need to go!
The only thing I would ask for is a pocket to store cards, the card adapter,
some diskettes etc and that there be a way to close the case completely so that
when it rains etc, nothing inside will be bothered.
I also champion any and all improvements and additions that will make this
marvelous machine still more versatile and useful.
Don't worry so much about what to call it, no doubt in the near future, what we
now call laptops will be the average pc and anything the size of a desktop
model will have the power of a modern mainframe, and as for the pdas, they will
have the power of a laptop.
Just keep improving this absolutely cool machine, find ways to keep costs down,
and find ways to help people who might not otherwise be able to get these
marvelous bns or have access to them to do so.
