Dear John, A person buying a brand new BrailleNote shouldn't have to pay another $30.00 for an extra storage pouch. The case it comes with should be designed so the BN is completely protected and with a place to store the charger as well as flat items like CompactFlash cards.
As I mentioned earlier, I was very disappointed in the case. When we have to pay almost $6,000.00 for it, the BN should come with a decent case! Two other things I don't like: the straps are way, too long and even when they are adjusted to the smallest size, they're still too long! And it's difficult keeping the case open, the flaps keep closing. It's impractical to keep taking it out of the case because it's too hard to put the BN in and take it out again. I'm using the old bag-type case for my new BN. I prefer it to the new case. Terri, Amateur radio call sign KF6CA.
