With general reading, yes this works. However, with any version of the User Guide (through the Options Menu or the KeyWord text documents in the Manual folder on the KeySoft System Disk) in KeySoft 5 burnt into ROM, this will not work. With the documents on the KeySoft System Disk, the document will open at the top every time, even if you press a touch cursor button to place the cursor at a specific position. In the User Guide through the Options Menu, you'll just get an Error Alert Tone, and no cursor will appear. With KeySoft version 4.01, the same applies for the User Guide through the Options Menu, but cursor routing, if I remember right, works as suggested in the below post. Although I've had KeySoft 4.01 burnt into ROM for a longer part of the year that I've had my BrailleNote than KeySoft 5, I can't really remember the little details about 4.01, so sorry if the previous sentence was a little inaccurate. However,, you can try it, and see if it works. HTH. Maria
