Thanks for your clarification. I have in fact the correct files in those folders. Still get the error message cannot find email folders when trying to write or read emails. Does anyone know whether if I revert to Keysoft 4.1 whether these files will be created? I had thought these were all created with the upgrade but obviously they are corrupted or something. If anyone from PDI is reading this I really would appreciate a step-by-step help on this. As I've said before, it would be extremely useful to have a properly classified list of minimal files and their locations for the system to work, and also a list of files with locations burned into ROM. I really feel the system is terribly complicated; is there no way of having a repair utility or a reinstall utility for times when things go wrong like this? Please I apologise for my rantings, but I am very frustrated here.
