Thanks for your clarification. I have in fact the correct files in those
folders. Still get the error message cannot find email folders when trying
to write or read emails.
Does anyone know whether if I revert to Keysoft 4.1 whether these files will
be created? I had thought these were all created with the upgrade but
obviously they are corrupted or something.
If anyone from PDI is reading this I really would appreciate a step-by-step
help on this. As I've said before, it would be extremely useful to have a
properly classified list of  minimal files and their locations for the
system to work, and also a list of files with locations burned into ROM. I
really feel the system is terribly complicated; is there no way of having a
repair utility or a reinstall utility for times when things go wrong like
this?
Please I apologise for my rantings, but I am very frustrated here.
