Hi Terry,
My mistake. I could do ENTER with F (CTRL with F) for Font from a Braille
document, but this option wasn't in the Format Menu. Also, I suppose you can
see more formatting indicators in Edit Mode, and the primary reason I use
Layout Mode is if I want to quickly establish how large my line is without
having to find line breaks in the document. As the Layout mode spaces the line
out, I find it a quicker way to do this than to use the Edit Mode, and
sometimes, if I just want to see the amount of indentation a tab will have
without seeing the indicator, I use it. Thanks, though, for correcting the
part about fonts. I've tried sending stuff as attachments to people using both
the BN and PC. I've used indenting and double-spacing. In one case, the
formatting didn't come out at all. In another, my text had been completely
mixed up, and a 1-page double-spaced document somehow ended up being 2 pages.
Maybe I'll try again sometime in the future, but for now, as I don't feel like
experiencing these issues again, I guess I'll just print papers out that have a
lot of formatting. Thanks again.
Maria
