All right, Don, I'm sure you'll have a response, maybe even with a gee on the 
end.  I am trying to help a person who is still running 5.1.  6.11 has been 
ordered.  However, her 5.1 crashed.  We can't get it from the internet, because 
since she has already ordered the 6.11, it's only showing the product key.  
Humanware said she may not be getting her upgrade for a while.  What does she 
do? She's taking classes; she needs her equipment to work.
