[Braillenote] new product key

Allthe the sudden today my braille note wants a new product key.  I was running 
version 5.1 and seem to have gotten it back with
to version 5.0.  What is it really asking me for? do i need to reinstall 
keysoft 5.1 and can someone refresh me on where to get
this done if this is what i need to do thanks
