Hi Beth, Well, first, you can delete files directly on a PC by hitting SHIFT-DELETE, rather than just the DELETE key.
As for the BN, when you delete mail messages, they go to a TRASH folder, and must be deleted again after exiting the KEYMAIL program. Andy
