Max has not gotten his upgrade, either.  He is extremely miffed about the 
situation, and is considering several options, such as taking his grievance to 
the United Nations, or bitterly complaining to?Dear Abbie".  Nothing I can say 
has done any good.  Some dogs are incorrigible; others are in other places!
