John, what folder do you have your book in? Has it become a subdirectory by 
chance? When you get to the folder name, don't press Enter.  Press Space with 
T, and when you get to the book name, see if you can press BACKSPACE with C.  I 
can't remember if you have a BN or not, I think you do.  If so, press that and 
see if you can get rid of it that way.
