Hi, Karen: You may either want to try a reset with a 1-2-3 held down until you 
hear the chimes.  If that doesn't work, the cold reset would be the reset with 
4-5-6 held down.  If you have the VoiceNote, it would be S D F, or if that 
fails, J K L with reset.  If none of that work, unfortunately, to the factory 
it would go.  Good luck, let us know how as do.
