Just to clarify that, when I tried to send the same e-mail to eleven people in the same imaginary company, the BrailleNote either froze or produced the message: "Access Is Denied", or "Exception Command".
Eleven may not be a large group, but it is too large for the BrailleNote in its present upgrade. I can't wait for next week to see if dividing the eleven will make any difference. Warm regards, Jim Taylor.
