  I am writing for Bob Mates, whose BrailleNote has once again crashed.  It 
leads him to ask this question:
  When is the new upgrade actually coming out? When he called Pulsedata, he was 
given the information that it could be sometime in Feb.  or maybe even March.  
He is hoping this isn't the case, because he has nothing to work with at this 
time.  Any information would greatly be appreciated.
