Hi List Okay the Braille display will not operate. Exercising the Braille display, resetting the BN with all three types of resets, charging it, nothing works. The thumb keys have stopped working to and there is no option for them in the Braille display options. At least the BN has not deleted my files and folders. I will call tech support and see if they can help. Any ideas? Thanks. Lisa
