Maria, Thanks for that information about that extra place to free data space. I never use the one in the address option, just the one in my set-up options in emails. I once asked someone why those two free-up options exist. The person replied ,"Well, you know that there's usually more than one way to do most things in windows." That left me with the impression that they were interchangeable. Thanks for the correction.
