There is a catalog called "Alley Cat", wich is actually for bowling supplies. They sell something called a pillow pad. It is very soft material with a sheepskin cover. It attaches with 3 Velcrow hooks to any shouldar strap, and makes carrying heavy objects on your shouldar a lot less painless, and the sheepskin protects your shirt or jacket.
