Hi, Terry: In the address list, along with "last name, first name", the title comes right after that. Paula was saying that in the title space, she puts something like "music" so that anyone can be searched for with "music" in the title. You can put any groups name in the "title" field. That way, when you need to find someone, instead of looking up "last name or first name", you can enter the title name you used, and bring up the list that way.
