It worked. Maybe it was my phone or something. Also, the sales person said that all the multilingual software is for the bt models only, and not the qt models, and yet I have a qt model, I've created unicode macros to facilitate the entry of foreign characters and they work fine. I also have German on here too. I can use them with relative ease.
