Well, Jean, here's what I'd do: I'd go for the 32.  Then, if they won't go that 
high, you can always get the 18.  Believe me, either one will work well.  By 
the way, the expression "pipe dream" comes from the days of the opium dens, 
when people would smoke a pipe of opium, fall asleep, and have fantastic 
dreams, in which they were kings or queens, or owned a BN! Have a great day.
