Hi, Michele: Perhaps, you should try to re-install 5.1, if, in fact, that's the 
upgrade you're running. I think, however, that Dean may have had a great idea, 
when he said to just back up everything, erase as much from the unit as you 
can, and start over with the upgrade.  That's what I ended up doing.  It's 
about 99% okay.  I can't use my planner, but I don't care.  Have a great day.
