On the subject of Tech Support, I think HumanWare should institute a 24/7 email tech Support System. As much as you try to reason with them, BN's don't always wait until weekdays to break. Therefore, it would be great to be able to write to someone at night or on weekends. And anyway, it's daytime somewhere in the world all the time, on this list. Anyway, it's just a suggestion.
