The error message I get is different from yours. It says "cannot find the popserver. Make sure your ..." and I forget the rest. As I said, I also have gotten a very strange windows CE message when I try to write an email and that is the one that will lock up my unit. If that one comes up again I'll write it down so I don't forget, because, it seems, my forgetter is getting better and better! God bless! Paula and Tex
