Hi list Dean I have now got my pk to see the pc. it was a matter of loading 
more drivers from the belkin folder on the pc.
my only active sync problem now is it cannot connect to the bluetooth as it 
still shows the port as com 38 or something like. I feel I am getting there 
though.
when in active sync the only ports it shows are com 1 com 2 and infrared 
but when I get time I will give it another go.
