Hi, Juanita: This is Bob Mates, from the Christian Blind Institute list.  
Welcome to this list.  It's probably something very minor, such as not entering 
your service user name, or E-mail user name the way Juno wants you to.  If you 
can do it, call Juno up, get their tech supprt, and go over the Directory of 
Services with them, making sure that all of your entries are correct.  Then try
