You can't read files created using word xp on your bn? Hmmm, that's weird. I
too have windows xp, and word xp, and whenever I transfer word files from the
computer to the bn, they appear to work fine. What happens is, the bn, turns
all word files sent to it, into pocket word documents, and once you have the
file in the bn, you then have to translate the pocket word document into a
keyword file in order to read them. What version of keysoft are you currently
using?
