Hi, Kadleen: Well, you can try doing a reset again, but, if your BN has re-formatted your Flash disk, I have a bad feeling that you're going to have to send it in for repair. It sounds like your Flash disk may be corrupted. Try the reset first, making sure that all CF cards or Stoarage cards are out. If it doesn't go back to 5.1, your Flash disk is gone. Sorry.
