[Braillenote] downloading braille book review

Hi Listers,
Okay when I try pressing the two most right hand thumb keys the Bn says 
nothing.  I can use this when I'm on the Internet but no matter what I do this 
file still shows up : uncontracted Braille.  How could I decode the file of the 
Braille Book Review that is in the HTML format? This is the first time I have 
found something on the NLS site that doesn't translate well into the BN.  I'm 
thinking there is something simple I'm missing not sure what.
