Hi all, thanks to you all for helping with the pop3 problem.after talking to the free-internet people nothing would work for my friend Eric.
all is well though he is now set up with tiscali.strange thing is I put in my email details from Eric's free-internet setup and I can get my email off demon.
this is that it is a different pop3 server. bye then for now.
