Hello,

Recently I wrote, edited, and carefully revised a rather lengthy KEYWORD 
document which I emailed to my sighted instructor, using the proprietary VN/BN 
KEYMAIL client. Hoping to be helpful,   just before sending it, I formatted it 
into WORD.  She reported that the text was very ragged, fragmented, and 
unprofessional looking.  Am I correct in assuming that I shouldn't have changed 
the format on the fly?  Please tell me which procedure to follow next time.  As 
always, mega thanks in advance!
