I just heard back from Maurice Sloane. I wrote him with my serial number and he went and fixed the SDW site for that number. Now it looks like it should. I urge anyone who is having trouble with the SDW site not showing accurate information to write him with your serial number and ask him what's going on. I also wonder why the web site has this problem in the first place, but who knows?
