I think this may go along with some other problems I've seen here on the
list. My son (12 years old) is suddenly not able to send or receive his
email.
He can still get on the internet. When he tried to get his mail it says
"Error connecting to pop server; Err - unknown password" Any ideas? We are
using a Cox cable modem. He connects through a netgear router (hardwired).
He
doesn't think any of his settings have been changed but who knows.
He uses earthlink.
Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated!
