Hi, Melinda and April: JUST do what it asks you to do. After you've done that reset, you'll have to, among other things, set your time again. It'll say a whole bunch of things, like the modem, and all you have to do is keep hitting Enter. Then, at the end, you'll set you time. Then, do a regular reset. It'll say, "system files have been updated; please reset. You hit reset again, and you'll be okay. Hope it makes sense; it's easier than it sounds. God bless, and give April a pat. Bob and Maxy-wax
