Hi, Steeve! I went and read chapter 10.10 and made a template to suit myself when it comes to copying the records from the Address List into an email message and it worked out pretty good. I, also, set up an email signature using the template feature. I must say that I am quite proud of myself right now. This is such fun! I love to learn something new. Thanks for all assistance.
