Hi There,

I have been trying to reach tech support for days, they do call back, but at 
very odd times.  They put you on hold and I don't think there is really anyone 
taking calls.  Anyway, I am helping someone with their Braille Note.  We have 
the error message, not enough storage, when deleting or trying any commands.  
We have done all resets, and were told to delete a file from dictionaries using 
activesync.  When trying to do this, it will not let you.  It says access 
denied.  Any other ideas?
