Hi, It's happening again. But now with a different cell. Cell 21 dot five will not come up but it seems like it's trying to. Is there any way I could help the dot or the pin find the hole? Perhaps a braille stylus will help? If I have to send this back for repair I hope my artic notetaker comes soon. Or, do you think if maybe I keep the braille display off for awhile it'll work itself out?
