[Braillenote] problem with email

Hello. I can't get my email to come up. I get to the point where it says
check for new messages. If i say no or yes nothing else happens. It just
sits there. I can't see how many emails are even in the inbox or any other
folders. How can i get it to work again?
I sure hope someone can help.
