Hello list,

My wife had a similar issue with her bnqt a week or so back.  When speaking to 
pdi tech support they suggested resetting the unit holding down the j k and l 
keys at the same time.  That fixed the problem although may also have given her 
the wrong manual for the updated version of keysoft.  She is running the most 
current version 5.1.
