Well, I'll second everything Albert and Rhonda have said.  I needed to get my 
manual replaced, at the ACB convention, in Pittsburgh, and they cheerfully did 
it.  I met Larry L.  Lewis there, and, when I told him who i was, he said, "oh, 
yeah, I remember your order!".  How many companies can do that? The PDI Tech 
support staff is always patient, as well as being knowledgeable.  I've talked 
with Al, and he's been very helpful.  It's such a change from other places! God
