Well, I'll second everything Albert and Rhonda have said. I needed to get my manual replaced, at the ACB convention, in Pittsburgh, and they cheerfully did it. I met Larry L. Lewis there, and, when I told him who i was, he said, "oh, yeah, I remember your order!". How many companies can do that? The PDI Tech support staff is always patient, as well as being knowledgeable.
