Hi, Shelley and list: To go back an item in a list, or a menu, you use backspace. To exit a menu, use Space with E. You can get manuals on the Pulse Data web site. I go to the site map, click on Notetakers, then go to BrailleNote Downloads, then Manuals. I think all of the manuals are there, in "txt" and PDF formats. God bless. Bob and Maxy-wax
