Brenda, you sure did a great job in explaining how to do these two things. I don't yet own a BN but I could picture doing it. One thing I don't get: If you have marked and trashed all your E-mails, doesn't that in and of itself free up space? I mean, if not, why not? There's nothing there any more so why isn't the space free? Just curious. Thanks. Beth
