Hi,Isaac and everyone, When I requested PDI shipping info for returning the VN QT to PDI last week, I promptly saved all relevant messages to my BRAILLENOTE STUFF KEYMAIL folder which I had long ago created for this purpose. When I tried to retrieve the info, the only messages to appeare were saved on and after January 27., but the original folders remained intact. I suspect the messages were erased when I had to reset the unit. Will someone please repost PDI's mailing address and the carton's shipping dimentions? As always, mega thanks in advance!
