Hi, Woe is me! I think Ronda and Deanna are, unfortunately, right. I'm gonna have to send my BNPK back to the shop. I can't get it out of one-handed mode, and I can't do anything in one-handed mode, either. So, do I send it to Ca, or NZ? I'll call CA tomorrow, but a heads-up would be nice. This is agravating!
