I have a Braillenote BT running Keysoft 5.1.
The other day, while attempting to access my planner, I got a message which 
said, in essence, that the planner and alarm system could not be started.  
Press reset, and if the problem persists, reinstall the current version.
I reset the unit and reinstalled Keysoft 5.1, but it still does not work.  I 
did all three kinds of resets with no results.  Any suggestions for fixing the 
problem would be much appreciated.
